Doctor Description
We are searching for a person to be a leader in the office that people can go to for guidance. Help the office manager and team leads manage responsibilities in the office to make the environment better. Keep each person in the office accountable for following the core values. In addition, we are looking for a candidate to do the following:
- Provide Exceptional Care.
- Do your best to provide the highest quality dental care you are capable, continually trying to get better everyday.
- Develop Patient Relationships.
- Become a patient advocate by actively listening to their wants and needs. Help our patients find trust in you as the dentist and our office as a whole.
- Maintain Licensure and CE Requirements.
- Continually maintain NYS licensing and continually maintain and exceed the continuing education standards that Finger Lakes Dental Care has for its doctors.
