Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Leah Peres
DMD
As an orthodontist, Dr. Leah blends her analytical and creative skills to craft personalized treatment plans, emphasizing that there’s no “one size fits all” approach. Born and raised in Rochester, she graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and continues to teach part-time at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health.
Dr. Oriana Mapes
DDS
Dr. Mapes graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2008 with a doctorate in dental surgery. She then finished her pediatric dentistry residency in 2012. She has a strong commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
Dr. Ali Sullivan
DDS
Dr. Ali Sullivan grew up in Central New York before her dental training and residency. Dr. Ali focuses on restorative and pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Swetha Sathasivam
DMD
Dr. Swey is a board-certified pediatric dentist from Rochester, NY, committed to delivering exceptional dental care to children of all ages. With a passion for creating positive dental experiences, she brings a warm and engaging approach, often singing during treatments to help put her young patients at ease.

Courtney Singer
Office Manager
Courtney comes to our office with several years of experience in the pediatric dental field. She has always worked with children and found a passion for dentistry along the way! She began her career at the front desk, cross trained into dental assisting and later stepped into management positions. Courtney is passionate about positively changing the way kids & adults feel about going to the dentist!
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, their dogs and her close friends. Some of her hobbies include staying active in the gym, reading, cooking and enjoying new restaurants.
Megan Meckley
Dental Assistant
Megan started working as a general dental assistant and found her passion for pediatric dental care. When Megan is not working, she likes to spend time with friends and family, kayaking and doing other outdoor activities.
Kassi Devlin
Dental Assistant
Kassi is new to the dental field, she joined the Finger Lakes Dental Care assistant training program in March of 2022. After finishing the assistant program, she quickly found her place in pediatric dental care. Kassi is committed to giving the kids who come in a great experience so they will love coming back. Outside of work Kassi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, she also enjoys camping, kayaking, and other outdoor activities.
Meg DeClercq
Dental Assistant
Megan joined the Finger Lakes Dental family in December 2023. After spending two years as an Orthodontist Assistant, she found her true passion in General Dentistry. Megan makes sure every patient has a great experience and leaves with a big smile. When she’s not at the office, Megan loves hanging out with her family and friends, especially doting on her cute little nephew Nash. She’s all about outdoor adventures and enjoys relaxing with her favorite TV shows.
Krystal DeCann
Greetings Coordinator
Krystal, grew up in the Farmington area, has been rocking it with the Victor Smiles team since September 2023, bringing heaps of experience from the Pediatric world. With over a decade of excelling in client relations, she's become a pro at creating a positive vibe at the office, especially when working with kids and soaking in those contagious smiles. Krystal's off-the-clock life revolves around making memories with friends and family, especially her awesome daughter. She's into reading, boating, trying out new food spots, and hitting the shops. Oh, and you'll catch her camping in the Adirondacks whenever she can sneak away.
Monica Hall
Greetings Coordinator
Monica started the year off with us in January of 2024. She comes to us with years of customer service. Right out of college she was hired as a lead singer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Royal gave her skills to be able to work with people from all walks of life. She was able to travel and explore the world while doing what she loves. She has also had the pleasure of working at Spa’s and Salon’s, where she enjoyed getting pampered for half the price. While she loved the Spa environment, she was looking for a place that could still let her sing on the weekends and work during the week. A plus to the job, is that she is great with kids. She loves getting to see all the kids come in, and always wants to make them smile. When she is not at work, she is performing with her band or duo around town. She also loves to spend time with her friends and family.
Our daughter started her ortho treatments at the age of 7 so she was extremely scared of the entire process but the Victor Smiles staff have all been so patient, caring and just incredible with her. She’s been going to them since they first opened and I wouldn’t have her go anywhere else. We’ve only had great experiences with every staff member and her ortho process has gone so smoothly!

We drove almost an hour to see Dr. Mapes and she was all we could have hoped for and more. My son is 5 months and she couldn’t have been sweeter with him. She is so knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and attentive. We were very nervous for our son to have his lip tie fixed and she was the best person for the job.
