  Transferring your child’s dental records is a straightforward process. Just complete our records release form and contact your previous provider. They can securely send X-rays and notes to our office, ensuring a seamless continuity of care.

• What sedation options do you have if my child has anxiety?

  We do everything possible to make your child’s dental experience positive and relaxing, including offering sedation options such as oral conscious sedation and laughing gas.
