The Professional Side

As an orthodontist, Dr. Leah embraces (no pun intended) both the analytical and creative aspects of her personality to create beautiful smiles and healthier lives for her patients. She feels everyone is unique, and enjoys customizing treatment plans for each individual. There is no “one size fits all,” and she really appreciates the variety of working with patients of all ages with different needs to improve their quality of life.

Dr. Leah tries to learn something from everyone she meets and truly values her relationships with patients and their families as well as her dental team and collaborating doctors. She is a firm believer that the more you give, the more you receive. Additionally, continuing education and staying current with the latest methods and technologies will always be a priority to be able to deliver the best possible care.

Dr. Leah was born and raised in Rochester. She attended Brighton High School and obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester. She attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors. She returned to Rochester to complete her certification in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester, where she still teaches part-time to the orthodontic residents. While her husband Nick was completing his medical residency, he and Dr. Leah lived and worked in Cleveland, Ohio, before returning to the Rochester area to put down their roots.
