Absolutely amazing! This was my 4-year-old daughter's first dentist appointment and she felt so comfortable, excited and they explained everything to her and made her feel so at ease and comfortable in the chair. They are awesome with kiddos and made it a successful dentist visit with no anxiety for my child whatsoever. My daughter is so excited to come back at her next appointment with Victor Smiles! Such an awesome team!

Not a big review guy but this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had during a medical related event. From the staff on the phone, the front desk staff, and the doctor herself we were greeted with kindness, attention, and care during our sons tongue/lip tie corrective procedure. Victor smiles is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the medical world. Thank you again.

Victor Smiles is wonderful! They talk the kids through the whole process, make sure they're comfortable throughout, and do an all-around amazing job. My 7-year-old needed braces due to congenitally missing incisors, and the staff at Victor Smiles have been a joy to work with. This stressful process has been a very positive one for my nervous daughter, and she actually enjoys going! Highly recommend!!

We drove almost an hour to see Dr. Mapes and she was all we could have hoped for and more. My son is 5 months and she couldn’t have been sweeter with him. She is so knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and attentive. We were very nervous for our son to have his lip tie fixed and she was the best person for the job. I can’t say enough positive things about her and all of the staff at Victor Smiles.

Our daughter started her ortho treatments at the age of 7 so she was extremely scared of the entire process but the Victor Smiles staff have all been so patient, caring and just incredible with her. She’s been going to them since they first opened and I wouldn’t have her go anywhere else. We’ve only had great experiences with every staff member and her ortho process has gone so smoothly!
